You are sure to burn calories as you boogie your belly to perfection in our non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere. The movements are artistic and feminine, creating a positive sense of sensual express and freedom. As with all exercises, practice makes perfect. The more you practice the dance, the more beautiful you will move.
