At Wicked Fitness, we strive to bridge the gap between pampering and preparing with each prenatal class we offer. Wicked Prenatal has targeted exercises designed specifically to meet the ever-changing needs of women in all stages of pregnancy. Our instructors use hands on assists, creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere that encourages you to reinforce the unity of breath and alignment, while listening to your intuition.
Wicked Prenatal targeted exercises helps:
• Tone those key muscles that support the growing belly
• Work to prevent diastasis of the abdominal muscles
• Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles
• Provide breathing techniques
• Visualization methods and other coping methods for dealing with the pain of labor and delivery
