With a strong focus on mindfulness and controlled movement, Wicked Balance builds muscular endurance, enhances physical conditioning, and deepens the mind–body connection. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is ideal for seasoned athletes looking to sharpen their competitive edge as well as individuals seeking greater stability, strength, and confidence in everyday movement.

Wicked Boot Camp™ is a high-energy group training experience that combines deep breathing and meditation with motivation-driven coaching and dynamic physical training. This class incorporates a powerful mix of plyometrics, agility drills, flexibility training, cycling, and body-sculpting exercises to build strength, endurance, and mental focus. Wicked Boot Camp challenges both body and mind—delivering intensity with purpose and results you can feel.

Wicked Crazy™ is a one-hour total-body workout designed to burn fat while improving strength, flexibility, and energy. This class is structured into three focused segments: 20 minutes of cardio to get your blood flowing, 20 minutes of strength training to build and tone muscle, and 20 minutes of core conditioning and flexibility work to improve stability and mobility. Wicked Balance boosts energy and delivers effective results—without the exhaustion often associated with high-intensity workouts.

 

Wicked Cycle-Boxing™ is a high-energy group fitness class that combines indoor cycling with kickboxing for a powerful, calorie-torch­ing cardio workout. This exhilarating combo blends two of the most effective cardiovascular training methods into one intense experience. The class is primarily bike-based and features cycling intervals integrated with kickboxing movements to build endurance, strength, and total-body power.

Wicked LoPole™ is a unique fitness class that challenges your body in a completely different way by using a low, horizontal pole suspended 18 to 24 inches off the ground. This innovative setup allows you to work against gravity while staying close enough to the floor for support and modifications when needed. Using your own body weight as resistance, Wicked LoPole incorporates a series of specialized training movements and static holds that deliver a powerful full-body workout. The class targets the biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, core, glutes, and thighs—building strength, stability, and control through intentional, gravity-defying movement.

 

Wicked Pollet™ is a gracefulfusion of ballet-inspired movement and the strength-driven power of Wicked Pole Fitness. This class emphasizes classical ballet technique while gradually introducing pole spins and climbs to build confidence, control, and fluidity. Designed to increase flexibility, enhance balance, and develop total-body strength, Wicked Pollet™ delivers elegance with an edge.

Wicked Flow fuses the energy and movement of Wicked Power Yoga with the core stabilizing dynamics of Wicked Pilates.
